Often l get frustrated with God and think « He’s not doing anything for me » or « I could spend years like this with nothing changing » and l lament the lack of God-action in my life.
Often l move out of this gloom by standing on His word, I have to make a choice inside: either l choose to be the new man that l have become through the death and resurrection of Christ or I continue living as a fallen man, deprived of the presence of God. One is naked and separated from God (who is symbolised by the gold), and the other is in his presence, clothed in power. It is the principle of the soul being led by the sprit.
